Separation, Relationship Breakdown and Divorce
By Anthony Kessel
In this talk, I reflect on the life challenge of a relationship breakdown, separation or divorce. Combing personal experience with insights on psychological wellbeing, I share how this particular form of loss can be faced and navigated. Through understanding how the mind really works, focusing on the present moment and maintaining belief in our innate resilience, a challenge of this kind – like all challenges – can provide, despite the turbulence and grief, an opportunity for learning, growth and a deeper experience of life.
